| Sales | All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply. |
| Goods | Customers should satisfy themselves as to the suitability of goods before placing an order. |
| Prices | We stock items from many manufacturers and prices are current at the time of printing. The company reserves the right to amend/alter the price of goods contained in this list without notice at any time before delivery. |
| Carriage | Orders under £25.00(nett) £3.50. Orders between £25.00 - £55.00(nett) £5.50. Orders between £55.00 - £100.00(nett) £7.75. Orders between £100.00 - £200.00 (nett) £10.00. Orders over £200.00(nett) carriage is free of charge. UK ONLY |
| Delivery | Two days after receipt of order, items out of stock will take up to 5 days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, or any consequence thereof. |
| Goods Returned | Items correctly supplied against a firm order may not be returned for credit without out written agreement. Goods returned by arrangement may attract a 10% restocking charge, plus total carriage costs. |
| Items not listed | Non stock items specifically ordered to customers requirements will only be accepted back for credit where SUPPORT IT have made an error. |
| Property | The property in the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment of the total invoice value has been made. |
| Risk | Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery. |
| Claims | No claims can be entertained for damage or deficiency unless our sales office is notified in writing within the time specified: Non-delivery - Within 10 days from date of invoice, Damage or deficiency - Within 3 days from receipt. |
| Sizes | State size required against each product ordered all sizes within a product code are identical in price. |
| VAT | Prices shown are exclusive of VAT |
| Payment | 30 days for account holders. Immediate if no account is held. |
